SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We currently offer shipping to the United States. To ensure your selections arrive with the utmost care, all orders are dispatched directly from our facilities using insured direct air freight via DHL or Fedex.

SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATED DELIVERY

Order thresholds apply to the merchandise subtotal before applicable taxes and shipping fees.

United States

  • Direct Air Freight (Orders under $600.00 USD): $25.00 USD
    Estimated delivery: 6-8 business days from ship date
  • Direct Air Freight (Orders $600.00 USD and over): Complimentary
    Estimated delivery: 6-8 business days from ship date

    *Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii will require an additional 2-5 business days to arrive, due to carrier restrictions in these regions.

ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT

Cutoff Times: Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on a business day will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed on the following business day.

Delivery Timeline & Estimates: Estimated delivery windows begin on the business day your package is picked up and scanned into transit by the carrier. All provided delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to external carrier, weather, or customs delays.

Verification & Automated Processing: All orders are subject to product availability and payment verification. Once submitted, orders enter fulfillment immediately and cannot be modified, expedited, or canceled.

Multiple Shipments: Items ordered together may be dispatched separately depending on stock allocation. You will receive a separate Shipping Confirmation email with tracking for each parcel.

Holiday Schedule: Fulfillment and shipping services are suspended during warehouse or carrier closures on official U.S. and Italian holidays.

DESTINATION & LOCATION EXCLUSIONS

Due to carrier restrictions, signature policies, and merchandise value, we are unable to deliver to the following addresses:

United States: PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, and US territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands).

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

We ensure a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) experience for all shipments to the United States, guaranteeing your parcel arrives without any unexpected fees or payment requests upon delivery.

United States Orders: Import duties and customs fees are fully included. Applicable local state sales taxes are calculated at checkout.

Please note: Shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable, as these fees are remitted directly to customs authorities and transit carriers upon export.

SHIPMENT SECURITY, LOSS & LIABILITY

Secure Location Requirement: Orders must be shipped to a secure address. We are not liable for lost packages, stolen merchandise, or porch piracy occurring after a carrier has confirmed delivery to the destination.

Signature Upon Delivery: To safeguard your purchase, a direct signature may be required upon delivery. We strongly advise choosing a delivery location where an authorized recipient will be present.

Missing Deliveries: If your tracking indicates "Delivered" but you have not received your merchandise after 24 hours, please Contact Us for assistance. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to decline to re-ship or refund orders where merchandise is not received.
